Welcome to Hunter Indigenous Plants

Hunter Indigenous Plants specialises in local native plants, natural resource management, community education and sustainable eco-gardening.

Our vision is to provide and encourage local action which leads to global solutions for a sustainable future.

We can assist with the following tasks or features:

~ Species selection
~ Seed collection
~ Bush regeneration
~ Tree planting and eco-garden creation
~ Community education and training

Our nursery at 36 Weakleys Drive, Beresfield is open to customers by appointment.

We also have a regular stall at the Newcastle Farmers Market, Broadmeadow Showground, held on most Sundays 8.00am to 1.00pm.

Jenny has a range of traditional herbs and garden vegetables for sale, and Lachlan can assist you with advice on appropriate local native species for your garden or community revegetation projects.
